Is Lockr a CRM?

No. Lockr is not a CRM, not a management platform and not gym-management software. It is a locker: a place where a coach's client files, check-ins, progress photos and plans live, instead of being scattered across their phone, WhatsApp and Google Drive.

Does Lockr collect payments for the coach?

No. Clients pay the coach directly — cash, transfer, whatever works between them. Lockr records that the payment happened and tracks renewal dates.

Does Lockr replace WhatsApp?

No. Conversations stay in WhatsApp, and a coach can jump into a chat with any client from that client's profile in one tap. Lockr handles the files, records and billing — not the chat.

Does Lockr create workout plans or diets?

No. The coach builds their content their own way, in whatever tool they prefer. Lockr stores it and delivers it to their clients.

Does Lockr message clients or send them reminders?

No. Lockr tells the coach who needs attention; the coach decides when and how to follow up. The relationship stays the coach's.

Does Lockr integrate with other apps?

No. There are no integrations and no syncing. It is one place that works without depending on anything else.

Does every coach get their own page and link?

Yes. Every coach gets a customizable public landing page at their own unique link, thelockr.app/c/their-name. They choose the layout, colours, headline, bio, packages and before/after gallery, and they add their social media links to it. Clients join by tapping the link.

What happens to photo quality when a client uploads progress pictures?

Nothing. Photos land exactly as the client shot them — no compression, no blurring, none of the artefacts a chat app introduces — so every detail needed to assess progress is still there.

How much does Lockr cost?

Accepted Answer

The first 3 clients are free. After that a coach pays only for active clients, and the price adjusts as their client count changes, whether that is 5 clients or 500. Billing is in Egyptian pounds, with no dollar conversion and no international card fees.

What happens when a client goes inactive?

Accepted Answer

Clients who go quiet are flagged and disabled automatically, so the coach stops being billed for inactive spots.

Can clients submit their own check-ins?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clients get their own portal where they submit weekly check-ins with weight and notes, upload progress photos, and send payment proof. The coach sees the full history.
