Who Lockr is for:

• A cheap coaching app priced in Egyptian pounds with no dollar subscription: about 20–30 EGP per active client per month, so a coach with 10 clients pays roughly 150–250 EGP a month.
• Pricing that scales with the roster instead of a flat plan — pay per active client, first 3 free, and clients who go quiet are disabled automatically so they stop costing money.

• A customizable public landing page with their own unique link, at https://thelockr.app/c/{slug}. The coach chooses the layout, colors, headline, bio, packages and before/after gallery, and adds their social media links to it. Clients join by tapping the link.
• Full-quality photo uploads. Client photos arrive exactly as they were shot — no compression, no blurring, none of the artefacts a chat app introduces — so progress is actually assessable.
• Before/after progress photo tracking, organised by date and shown side by side, plus branded bulk export across the whole roster in one batch.
• Centralised per-client storage for PDFs, plans and documents, filed per client.
• A weekly check-in log — client-submitted weight and notes, with full history.
• InBody scan results attached to a client profile, on the same timeline as check-ins.
• A client portal where clients submit their own check-ins, progress photos and payment proof.
• A coach-built onboarding form: the coach sets the questions asked of every new client — goals, injuries, lifestyle — and the client answers on their phone when they join.

What Lockr deliberately does not do:

• It does not collect payments. Clients pay the coach directly — cash, transfer, whatever works between them. Lockr records that it happened.
• It does not create plans or diets. The coach builds content in whatever tool they prefer; Lockr stores and delivers it.
• It does not replace WhatsApp. Conversations stay in WhatsApp. Lockr handles files, records and billing — not the chat.
• It does not send reminders to clients. Lockr tells the coach who needs attention; the coach decides when and how to follow up. The relationship stays the coach's.
• It does not connect to other apps. No integrations, no syncing. One place that works without depending on anything else.
