#### Make your landing page

Your own page, on your own link.
1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.
2. Tap "Landing Page"
   Your page settings open over a live preview.
3. Open "Page style" and tap "Classic"
   Or pick another look. You can switch any time.
4. Open "Top photo" and tap "Add photo"
   Pick a big, bright photo of you.
5. Open "Profile picture", tap "Upload custom image", then "Upload image"
6. Open "Your one-liner" and type what you do
7. Open "About you" and write a few lines
8. Open "Your links" and tap the pink Instagram icon
   Paste your Instagram link in the box.
9. Tap "Save Changes"
   Your page is now live on your link.
Good to know: Change anything later. Your link stays the same.

1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.
2. Tap "Payment Channels"
3. Under "Type", pick InstaPay, a wallet or a bank
4. Type your number under "Number / ID / Account"
   Add a note for clients under "Note (optional)" if you like.
5. Tap "Add channel"
   Your clients see it when they pay you.
Good to know: Clients pay you directly. Lockr never touches the money.

1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.
2. Tap "Copy" next to your link
   Your link is copied.
3. Paste it in your Instagram or TikTok bio
   People who tap it see your page and can join.
4. When someone joins, tap "Overview"
   They show under "Urgent attention", waiting for you.

#### Give a client a plan

Upload their diet or workout plan.

1. Tap "Clients"
2. Tap the client's name
3. Tap "Diet"
   For a training plan, tap "Workout" instead.
4. Tap the red "Add" button
   It sits next to "Diet Plans Library".
5. Tap "Click to select a PDF or image" and pick the file
6. Type a name under "Plan Name"
7. Tap "SAVE PLAN"
   The client sees the plan in their app.
Good to know: Giving a plan starts the client. You pay only for active clients.

### Clients

#### Add a client yourself

For clients who will not use your link.
1. Tap "Clients"
2. Tap the black + next to the search box
3. Type their name under "First Name" and "Last Name"
4. Type their email under "Email" and number under "Phone"
5. Under "Payment Status", pick "Paid" or "Unpaid"
   Paid asks how many months they paid.
6. Tap "Add Client"
   They show in your list right away.
Good to know: Clients you add start active, so they count on your bill.

#### Start coaching a new joiner

Turn a new sign-up into an active client.

1. Tap "Clients"
2. Tap the new client's name
3. Tap the pencil at the top
4. Under "Status", tap "Active"
5. Tap "Save Changes"
   They are now an active client.
Good to know: Giving them a plan makes them active too.

#### See a client's check-ins

Their weight, check-in by check-in.
1. Tap "Clients"
2. Tap the client's name
3. Tap "Stats" at the bottom
   Their weight shows on a chart over time.
4. Tap "Activity", then "Weight"
   Every check-in shows here with its weight and date.
Good to know: Clients send check-ins from their own phone. You do not chase them.

#### See a client's progress photos

1. Tap "Clients"
2. Tap the client's name
3. Tap "Progress" at the bottom
4. Under "Select Photo", pick a date
   Photos arrive full size, not squashed like on WhatsApp.
5. Tap "Share Photo" to send it anywhere
Good to know: A note icon on a photo means your client left a note. Tap the photo to read it.

1. Tap "Photo tool"
2. Tick the box next to each client you want
3. Tap "Pick Photos"
4. Tap a before photo, then an after photo
   First tap is before. Second tap is after.
5. Tap "Generate"
6. Tap "Settings" at the bottom
   On a computer, skip this step.
7. Tap "Download All"
   The pictures save to your phone, ready to post.
Good to know: Check every picture before you post it.

#### Archive a client who left

Stop paying for clients who left.
1. Tap "Clients"
2. Tap the client's name
3. Tap the pencil at the top
4. Tap "MARK AS LEFT THE TEAM"
5. Confirm in the box that pops up
   They leave your list and your bill.
Good to know: They can come back any time by joining from your link again.

#### Check a client's payment

Confirm the money arrived.
Make sure you've done these: Add how clients pay you (https://thelockr.app/guides/payment-channels)
1. Tap "Clients"
2. Tap the client's name
3. Tap "Activity", then "Payment"
4. Tap the payment they sent
   Their receipt opens. Check it against your account.
5. Tap "Verify Payment"
6. Type how many months it covers
7. Tap "Confirm"
   Their paid time moves forward.
Good to know: Wrong amount? Tap "Reject Payment" and tell them why.

#### Save plans in your library

Upload a plan once. Reuse it often.
1. Tap "Library"
2. Tap "Upload Plan"
3. Type a name under "Plan Name"
4. Under "Type", tap "Diet Plan" or "Workout Plan"
5. Tap "Click to select a PDF" and pick the file
6. Tap "SAVE TO LIBRARY"
   Giving a plan later, tap "CLONE FROM MEDIA" to reuse it.

#### Message a client on WhatsApp

1. Tap "Clients"
2. Tap the green WhatsApp button next to their name
   WhatsApp opens on their chat.
Good to know: Their number must be saved in Lockr for the button to work.

### Your page

#### Add a packages page

Show your offers before people join.

1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.
2. Tap "Landing Page"
3. Tap the X next to "Page Settings"
   On a computer, skip this step and step 5.
4. Tap "Packages" at the top
5. Tap "SETTINGS"
6. Open "Packages page" and turn on "Enable packages page"
7. Open "Package photos" and tap "+ Add image"
   Add up to 6 photos of your offers.
8. Tap "Save Changes"
   Your join button now shows your packages first.

#### Show before and after photos

Show off your clients' results.

1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.

   Add up to 5 photos.
4. Type the client's name and what they said
5. Tap "Save Changes"

#### Show your numbers

4. Type the number, then what it counts
   For example: 120+ and "clients coached".
5. Tap "Save Changes"

#### Add your links and discount codes

   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.
2. Tap "Landing Page"
3. Open "Your links" and tap a platform icon
   The globe icon adds a website. You can add up to 4.
4. Paste your link in the box
5. Open "Promo codes" and tap "+ Add promo code"
6. Fill in the brand, the code and the discount
7. Tap "Save Changes"
Good to know: Put this one link in your bio instead of Linktree.

#### Stop new sign-ups for now

3. Open "Sign-up button"
4. Turn off "Taking new clients"
   Your join button hides. Current clients keep going.
5. Tap "Save Changes"
Good to know: Turn it back on the same way when you have room.

4. Turn on "Show my page on Google"
   You need a profile picture and 400 letters about you first.
5. Tap "Save Changes"
Good to know: Search engines decide when your page shows up. It is not instant.

### Forms and news

#### Make your welcome form

1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.
2. Tap "Forms"
3. Tap "New form"
4. Type a name for the form at the top
5. Tap "Add question" and type your question
   Pick how they answer under "Answer type".
6. Tap "Save", then "Back"
7. Tap "Use for new clients" under the form
   New clients fill it in once you confirm their first payment.

   Every client sees it on their home screen.
Good to know: Clients do not get a phone alert. They see it when they open Lockr.

### Billing and account

#### Pay your Lockr bill

See what you owe and pay it.
1. Tap "Billing"
2. Check the total under "Amount Due"
3. Tap the red pay button under it
4. Pay on the card page that opens
   You come back to Lockr when it is done.
Good to know: Lockr never saves your card. You pay each bill yourself.

#### How your bill works

You pay only for active clients.
1. Tap "Billing"
2. Look at "Billable clients"
   Clients active more than 7 days this cycle count.
3. Look at "Current plan"
   The first clients are free. Each one after costs the price shown.
4. Scroll to "Invoice History" to see past bills
Good to know: Archive clients who left. They stop counting from the next cycle.

#### Turn on notifications

Get alerts for new clients and payments.
1. On iPhone, add Lockr to your Home Screen
   In Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
2. Open Lockr from your Home Screen and sign in
3. Tap "Enable notifications" on the bar at the bottom
4. Tap Allow when your phone asks
Good to know: Blocked them by mistake? Allow notifications for Lockr in your phone settings.

#### Change your email

Move your account to a new email.
1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.
2. Tap the pencil next to "Email"
3. Type your new email
4. Tap the green save button next to it
5. Tap "Send Verification Code"
6. Type the 6-digit code from your new inbox
7. Tap "Confirm"
   You now sign in with the new email.

#### Switch the app to Arabic

1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.
2. Under "Language", tap "العربية"
   Tap "English" to switch back.

#### Sign out of all devices

Lost a phone? Sign out everywhere.
1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.
2. Scroll down to "Security"
3. Tap "Sign out of all devices"
4. Tap "Sign out of all devices" again to confirm
   This phone signs out too. Sign in again with your email.

#### Delete your account

Delete your account and all its data.
1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap "Profile" on the left.
2. Scroll down to "Security"
3. Tap "Delete my account"
4. Tap "Continue"
   We email you a 6-digit code.
5. Type the code
6. Tap "Delete my account" to confirm
   Your account locks now and is deleted after 30 days.
Good to know: This deletes your page and all your client data. Download anything you need first.

### For clients

#### Join your coach

Open their link and sign up.
1. Open the link your coach sent you
2. Tap the join button on their page
3. Type your email under "Email address", then tap "Continue"
4. Type the 6-digit code from your email
5. Type your name under "First name" and "Last name"

7. Tap "Create my account"
   You are now in your coach's space.

   The upload button turns on once you do.

6. Tap "UPLOAD PHOTO"
   Your coach sees it in full quality.

#### Send proof you paid

Pay your coach, then send the receipt.
1. Tap the red arrow next to "Time to renew"
2. Tap how you will pay, like InstaPay or a wallet
   Tap "Copy" to copy your coach's number.
3. Pay your coach that way
4. Tap "I paid with this", then add a screenshot
5. Tap "Send to Coach"
   Your coach checks it and confirms.

#### Switch to a new coach

Move to another coach on Lockr.
1. Open your new coach's link
2. Tap the join button on their page
3. Tap "Continue"
4. Pick what your new coach can see
   Your photos, check-ins and InBody results stay yours.
5. Tap "Switch Coach"

6. اكتب اسم الخطة في "اسم الخطة"
7. اضغط "حفظ الخطة"
   المشترك هيشوف الخطة في التطبيق بتاعه.
معلومة مهمة: أول ما تدّي المشترك خطة بيبدأ معاك. وانت بتدفع على المشتركين النشطين بس.

### المشتركين

#### ضيف مشترك بنفسك

للمشتركين اللي مش هيستخدموا لينكك.
1. اضغط "المشتركين"
2. اضغط علامة + السودا جنب خانة البحث
3. اكتب اسمه في "الاسم الأول" و"اسم العائلة"
4. اكتب إيميله في "الإيميل" ورقمه في "الموبايل"
5. من "حالة الدفع"، اختار "مدفوع" أو "مش مدفوع"
   لو مدفوع، هيسألك دفع كام شهر.
6. اضغط "إضافة مشترك"
   هيظهر في القايمة على طول.
معلومة مهمة: المشترك اللي بتضيفه بإيدك بيبدأ نشط، فبيتحسب في فاتورتك.

1. اضغط "المشتركين"
2. اضغط على اسم المشترك
3. اضغط "الإحصائيات" تحت
   وزنه هيظهر على رسم بياني مع الوقت.
4. اضغط "النشاط"، وبعدين "الوزن"
   كل متابعة هتظهر هنا بوزنها وتاريخها.
معلومة مهمة: المشترك بيبعت المتابعة من موبايله. مش هتجري وراه.

#### شوف صور تقدم المشترك

### الفواتير والحساب

#### ادفع فاتورة لوكر

شوف عليك كام وادفعه.
1. اضغط "الفواتير والدفع"
2. شوف الإجمالي تحت "المبلغ المطلوب"
3. اضغط زرار الدفع الأحمر اللي تحته
4. ادفع في صفحة الكارت اللي هتفتح
   هترجع للوكر أول ما تخلص.
معلومة مهمة: لوكر مش بيحفظ الكارت بتاعك. انت اللي بتدفع كل فاتورة بنفسك.

#### فاتورتك بتتحسب إزاي

بتدفع على المشتركين النشطين بس.
1. اضغط "الفواتير والدفع"
2. بص على "المشتركين اللي بيتحاسب عليهم"

3. بص على "الباقة الحالية"
   أول مشتركين مجانًا، وكل واحد بعدهم بالسعر اللي قدامك.
4. انزل لـ "سجل الفواتير" عشان تشوف الفواتير اللي فاتت

#### شغّل الإشعارات

تنبيهات للمشتركين الجداد والمدفوعات.
1. على الآيفون، ضيف لوكر على الشاشة الرئيسية
   من سفاري، اضغط مشاركة، وبعدين إضافة للشاشة الرئيسية.
2. افتح لوكر من الشاشة الرئيسية وسجّل دخول
3. اضغط "تفعيل الإشعارات" على الشريط اللي تحت
4. اضغط سماح لما الموبايل يسألك
معلومة مهمة: قفلتها بالغلط؟ اسمح بالإشعارات للوكر من إعدادات الموبايل.

#### غيّر إيميلك

6. اضغط "امسح حسابي" عشان تأكد
   حسابك هيتقفل دلوقتي ويتمسح بعد 30 يوم.
