Make your welcome form

Questions every new client answers.

Steps:

1. Tap your photo at the top
   On a computer, tap Profile on the left.
2. Tap Forms
3. Tap New form
4. Type a name for the form at the top
5. Tap Add question and type your question
   Pick how they answer under Answer type.
6. Tap Save, then Back
7. Tap Use for new clients under the form
   New clients fill it in once you confirm their first payment.
